Teaching Children to Love Jesus
At LGC, we believe that instilling a love for Jesus in the hearts of children is one of the most important missions we can undertake. We are dedicated to creating an environment where kids can grow in their faith, experience the love of Christ, and understand the Bible in ways that are engaging and meaningful to them.
Our Approach to Children's Ministry
Biblical Teaching: Every lesson we teach is grounded in Scripture. Our goal is to help children understand God’s Word and how it applies to their lives.
Interactive Learning: We utilize a variety of methods, including storytelling, crafts, music, and games, to make learning about Jesus fun and memorable.
Safe and Nurturing Environment: Your child's safety and well-being are our top priorities. All our volunteers are trained and background-checked to provide a secure and loving atmosphere.
Age-Appropriate Programs: From toddlers to tweens, we offer programs that cater to the specific developmental stages and learning styles of each age group.
Things to know
As you walk in the front door of Moran Prairie Elementary School our Children’s ministry check-in table will be directly on your right.
Our facilitator will assist you in checking your children in, introducing you and your children to their teacher, and answering any questions you may have.
Our general Sunday schedule is as follows:
10:00 - Service starts
10:05 - Game
10:15 - Songs
10:20 - Lesson
10:35 - Craft/activity
10:45 - Snack time
10:55 - Play time
11:15 - Service ends
